Achievements

Over the past two decades, Archana Surana has been recognised nationally and internationally for her pioneering contributions to design education, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and community leadership. Her accolades span diverse fields—from prestigious education and business awards to honours celebrating women’s leadership, social impact, and global collaborations. Ranging from the Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award (2005) to recent recognition for Sustainable Practices at CASCA 2025, her journey reflects a consistent commitment to excellence, innovation, and empowerment.

Honors

2004, Received the Young Entrepreneur Award by the Vyashya Bandhu Organization for outstanding entrepreneurial development and potential.

2005, Honored with Young Achiever Award by Jacees Club, Jaipur for contributions to education and entrepreneurial achievement by way of setting up Arch.

2005, Awarded with Indira Gandhi Priydarshini Award for contribution in the field of design education.

2005, Selected as a Group Study Exchange (GSE) Member, by the Rotary International to visit Switzerland in 2005.

2005, Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Foundation which acknowledges individuals who contributed upwards of $1000 to the Rotary Foundation.

2007, Honoured on Teacher’s Day by Lions Club, Jaipur for outstanding contributions as an educator and Director of Arch College of Design and Business.

2007, Received the Marg Drishti Award by the South Delhi Polytechnic, New Delhi recognizing her achievements as an alumnus on its 40th Convocation Ceremony.

2007, Received Pt. T. N. Mishra Appreciation of Achievement Award by Central Academy Educational Society, Jaipur.

2007, Selected for Vital Voices Global Partnership, the International Women Leaders Mentoring Partnership Program (29 April- 25 May) launched by the U.S. State Department and FORTURNE Magazine at Washington DC & New York, USA.

2009, Selected for an exchange program between FICCI Ladies Organization and Nyforetagar Centrum, Sweden (Entrepreneur Centre, Sweden) focussed on empowering businesswomen through sharing of experiences and workshops on confidence building.
